Once you count everything, that includes sips, tastes, licks and bites... you'll start to see where the problem is and you can correct it. Once you're eating is on track, you can expect to lost a pound or two a week if you stick with it. People that plateau are usually cheating, but won't log everything they've actually eaten, so place the blame elsewhere. I know when I haven't seen the losses I should be seeing, it's because of what I've been eating...
