I have been following the Atkins lifestyle since May 13. I fell off the wagon in July and now getting back on track again. I have 35 pounds to lose so hope this helps me track my calorie intake.

Hey Welcome aboard! Sure hope you're able to connect here w/ some folks. Lots of helpful people here if you have any questions, etc. Just a head's up, be careful using the atkins bars... 1- they should not be used as a meal replacement, and 2- they are commonly known to hinder or cause a stall to your weight loss. (due to the sugar alcohols/artificial ingredients.) If you notice your body is having trouble then nix the bars and see what happens... Good luck to you.
