Waaah. Gained weight. But. Lost body fat. 29.5% body fat, and apparently "healthy" range for the first time in I can't remember. And, still under 60. Bonus. Working my ass off at the gym, and am actually struggling with mood this weekend bc the gym is shut and I can't go. Keep researching treadmills to get at home but even those I can't get delivered at the moment bc of the bloody long weekend. So. Very frustrating. And I am trying so hard not to lash out and buy a really expensive treadmill when it may gather dust in six months, but I have craved a "proper" treadmill for sooo many years. Saw a podiatrist. Apparently I had several dislocations including both hips. While it felt better when he put them back, they're really sore again now and I wonder if it's the treadmilling :(
58.5 kg Lost so far: 40.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
