Well, I went to weigh in, today...first time since August 3rd. I was dreading it because I just KNEW I had gained all my weight back because I had been eating HORRIBLY all of last weekend, last week and this weekend. Wasn't staying on track AT ALL.. eating out, not paying attention to the plan...but, I only gained 4 ounces! Which, isn't great since I haven't lost...but, if you would have seen all that I had eaten last week, you'd be stoked that I didn't gain more than that, too! lol But, I am getting back on track. Went to the gym, this morning and am sticking to the plan. So, hopefully better results on Wednesday!
