The results of 3 weeks in Hamilton. (I was actually a tad lighter yesterday 159 and change, but then the sodium rich dinner we had bumped me back to the 160s.
In any case, considering the cortisol has been flowing fairly steadily over the past 3 weeks, I’m pretty happy with the results of the experiment.
Eat well, train hard, and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends!
