I had a few birthday parties and perhaps overindulged. It took the extra week to get back to the weight I wanted and drop all that salt and excess fat. I can't wait to break into the 120s
Back to my turkey mince and sweet potato dinners! 😁
131.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sweet potato contains a higher amount of calories and carbs than regular spuds. If you are serious about losing weight, look up Keto foods and pick your favourites. Work out what 600 calories a day looks like(not much). 16/8 diet too. A poached or boiled egg for breakfast with coffee. 100g of protein. Pref avoid red meat. Yep fish or chicken. Boiled veg with no condiments. Egg in the evening or 4 sardines on 4 rice crackers. Raspberries and Greek yoghurt. all weighed to fit within 600 cal. Don't forget to have some fresh lemon juice in some water. Also cal recorded. So far in 2 weeks I've dropped 11kg. Close to cracking under the 120kg mark. Mission is to hit 100kg
