YES!!!!!!!GOT BELOW 260....YEAH!!!! Here I go gotta keep doing what I'm doing...walking 1 hour every morning, yoga 1 hour 2 times a week. Changed my eating completely. great visit with the doctor Tuesday, read my lab results TSH is 25 I had stop medication for my hypothyroidism to verify that it was making me gain weight and feel crappy...I'm going on 3 weeks off and I haven't felt better in years...tons of energy without the medication....doctor and I will talk.
