Win some, lose some. I was down 3 lbs for the week and then back up 1 lb. I know that it will be easy to lose that pound again this week. My goal is to try and drop another 5 lbs in the next 10 days so I can eat up and enjoy my 2 days in Mexico.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
