Busy day! Contests with 60+ students all day then parent teacher conferences in the evening. Starving when I got home. Too much food too late at night. Time for week 4 of Ripped in 30. Jillian is kicking my a$$ pretty good. Have a great Tuesday everyone!
63.3 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
