wah... 1 hr udah turun 1kg 😅 tp sebenernya emang beratku udah anteng di 77-78. cuma agak lepas kontrol jd 80 kemarin. ya berharap kali ini bisa konsisten sampe BB 60kg. susah itu konsisten-nya 😭
79.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
