I lost another lb! Whoo hoo! That's 7 pounds since Monday!

I haven't been eating all my veggies, though, I have to start doing better about that! I got the new Atkins book yesterday and began reading it. I'm hoping to learn a lot from it so that I can continue losing weight! I set my weight goal at 200 lbs and I'm 377 lbs now. I don't really care if I get down to 200 lbs, I just want to be healthy!

(I'm 6 feet tall so 200 lbs isn't that bad for someone my height with a large frame...)
171.0 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
