Chest / Bicep / Tricep Day
+ 35 minutes stair stepper (100 floors)

Added 10lbs onto my chest press so that’s neat 💪
87.1 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What can I say, I like to live in the gym lol. I’ve tried bicep/triceps on other upper body focused days but, chest day seems to work better? Lol 😂

Thanks it’s my adhd 😂 - I can’t focus at work unless I burn off all my energy. And even then I still need to have a standing desk. Woo
