I lost another pound. I don't know how accurate that is because I didn't sleep last night and weighed myself after eating 3 deer burgers and chugging water all day so maybe when I wake up in the morning I will have lost more than 1 pound.
I was more active today because I had to help move my aunt's stuff from a storage building so perhaps that will have helped me lose a little extra weight today:-) A pound a day and 2 pounds on Thursday is awesome! I'm down 6 pounds since Monday and it's only Saturday. I know that if I worked out, I'd probably lose more, but I just haven't had the energy.
Tomorrow we're going to the lake so I'll get some exercise there playing with DD and swimming.
