Yesterday was a 3,000 calorie day! Normally, I stay about 2,000 or less.. but I went to meet up with my daughter and her boyfriend and extended family had a hotdog, a cheeseburger, soft serve ice cream, steak, Bailey and. chocolate cake, no holds barred! I will lose this extra weight quick - 5 pounds in one day is ridiculous!! I guess mostly it’s still in me….
