I realize that I'm loosing weight fairly quickly, but I think it's mosly from going from a pretty much sedentary lifestyle and eating fast food <b>every</b> night and then doing a complete turn around and exercising daily and what not.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week

Fast food is evil. At least with a little one, you're doing weight lifting. :) My beautiful little girl is 34 today. You and I seem to be losing at the same rate. Very good for us! I didn't get enough sleep last night, so the scale says I'm up a half a pound. Make sure and get enough sleep. You said your hubby is in San Diego, where do you live. I'm in Bakersfield, and the heat is awful, so I don't exercise until fall/winter.

timshel you are doing really well. you must be seeing some real changes now. I have the opposite problem with the weather, I have been trying to walk 10k each weekend but its so wet that I have been stuck inside and I really hate the gym. good for you! keep it up
