Hi so I started the journey at 258 January 2021. By November 11 2021 I was 206.4 lbs. that was a 52 pound weight loss. So came the holidays and I was struggling to restart as my goal is 160 lbs. so I started this week at 215 lbs. A gain of 9 lbs. I have to look at it in 20lb intervals. It would be nice to be under 200 lb. I have not been less than that for 25 years. Here I go again! Wish me luck
