Monday weigh in down a little bit Shew Thank God because I ate cake and pizza with my dad yesterday and I didn't want to tell him no since I don't see him that often. Glad I didn't gain any weight. Back to exercises this morning and resistance bands and walking if I can my cramping has eased up so hopefully I can get some walking in today.
