stuck di 61. please dong tips nya. meskipun seliweran tips2 biar bb gak stuck di fs tapi kalau gak nanya sendiri kurang manteb.

goncang dlu badan nya dengan cheat time ka, jangan defkal dlu. terus berhenti dlu olahraga selama 1 minggu. setelah itu gas lagi
