Yesterday considering all the pain I'm in got up 6am and back on the couch by 6:15am went back to bed by noon and stayed there hurting and today it hasn't done extremely bad yet hopefully I can just relax and not be in alot of pain today and rest of the weekend and then maybe I can get back to my exercises and stretches.
