Just went over what I had yesterday. It all started out wrong when I pigged on raisin toast for breakfast. Today will be better, but not surprised I gained. Have just pooped so maybe that will help. When I can’t find the food but need to enter a cal amount, I’m going to do gazillion mls of coke no sugar, that will at least count the cals for me even if the nutritional info isn’t correct. I start PT on 21/08. It’s going to suck and probably make me hungry, but I hope it makes me lose.
