218 and 28.5 bmi. Good drop I think, I haven't really changed anything, still targeting 1600 cals, I'm finishing week three of the 100 pushup program and it is kicking my butt, I don't think the program accounts for someone heavier, the amount of muscle that you would have to build just can't be done in six weeks, lol. I am gaining though, surprisingly even on such a low cal, I can definitely feel the muscles gaining back mass.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
