What I did?
Less carb (rice or noodles & biscuits) before, I always eat.
First 2 weeks Standing workout for abs+ 14 days yoga (sun salutation)
Before, I always sit long time-sedentary
Need to improve: cheat day not more than 1 days in a week (before -sometimes 2 days) & still need calories count
68.9 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
