I finally broke into the 180s at 189.3 lbs, after several weeks around 190-192! (I started around 230). I’ve been intentional about movement- walks taking extra steps and lifting some weights, plus squats. And I haven’t been starving so win win. The more I can eat and have fun- it’s more sustainable!
