Life went off the rails for a bit there, and I thought I could maintain while not logging and just getting my normal 10k steps every day. Turns out literally all of you are onto something here lol. I’m still not sure I can work back in an actual workout with one baby just entering the terrible twos and the other firmly in Threenager territory, but I’m working on consistently getting 12-15k steps in instead of 10 and making sure to log religiously again. Goal is to hit 149 and maintain until October when my courthouse wedding happens! I hope y’all have a day that’s amazing as you are, thanks for always sticking with those of us that end up dropping off once in awhile!
