Just started Push Circuit. Need to stick with it and diet
86.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

I have been exercising for over 30 years. I have done MANY programs throughout that time. I am a HUGE believer in HIIT programs. Quick programs that burn fat, increase cardio. and sculpt muscle.
