kemarin dari 62.0 kg sempet melonjak ke 62.5 kg karena lagi banyak masalah larinya ke makan, sekarang alhamdulillah turun ke angka 61 meski komanya masih 9.. di syukurin aja dulu, pelan pelan yg penting sampe ke bb yg diinginkan.. toh mau kemana sih buru2 hehe
