ok finally in the 230's ! Yes ! .... i did some research ... seems like i was slacking letting my fat intake rise and taking in way too may carbs .... well managing to just a calorie goal is not enough ... i can wait to get to the lower 230's .... it is nice to have 5 months of data to reflect ... down over 4" in my waist ! We have another sono today! momma is doing so good and baby Elizabeth is very active in moms tummy .... cant wait to hold my baby .... I thank God for all the blessings
