Day 11 of Keto and day 11 of 30 of no alcohol. I made a pact to support a friend with the no drinking, so I decided to add the Keto back while I’m doing it.
I’ve had at least 80 oz of water a day. I feel less bloating overall and energy levels are starting to come back up. I haven’t been super focused on what I’m eating, but will start to add in more vegetables and fiber as I go. My treat for today is self care: 90 min massage!
