First day of yet another re-start. Oh well. At least I am restarting instead of giving up completely. Have lost the weight before, so know I can do it again. And this time maybe it will stick since I am doing it for more than just vanity - my blood pressure is way too high and I do not want to have to increase my medication dose again, plus if the weight is not off of the knees, there will be a knee replacement staring me in the face. So, it is on to a leaner and healthier self !!!
