Well I almost lost a lb this week. The center had be change my foods and not eat the same thing two days in a row like I was doing. I was eating chicken all the time and yogurt for my dairy, and also the same fruits. So, yesterday I had a nectarine, an orange and a jetstart for all of my fruits. Hopefully, I will see the scale continue to go down. Just be consistent.
78.4 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week

I mix up my foods all the time.....keeps me from getting bored. Although I have had way too much chicken lately. Have a great day!

I do alot of yogurt so now I alternate cheese and yogurt. I think that helped and I changed my customary banana to strawberries, grapes and watermelon. It becomes such a habit that I stop thinking about what is actually going into my mouth sometimes.
