Been a rough 2 weeks. Got hit with a water weight implosion and also been training hard and found myself actually gaining 3 kgs. Got it back down this week, but now have sustained a leg injury which will be me out of training for a while. Looks like I will have to do Pool rehab.
138.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry to hear about the injury but pool rehab is a good way to recover apart from being winter 🥶

Thanks Dave. Lucky I have access to a sauna and spa which is also great for bad knees like mine.
