Started the reverse diet. Went straight to “maintenance” of 2250/day instead of slowly increasing from 1900. I feel amazing. May have overshot slightly, not sure. I have raised carbs significantly, so there is extra water. I am eating more, therefore the potential for more sodium in my diet. Finally, there is simply more food inside of me that has yet to pass. I am not concerned, I feel happy 💪
