Weight is holding steady, that's good. The increase in calories along with exercise have been even this week. I believe that will change as I get into better shape and can jog farther.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
