Bismillah mulai atur pola makan & rutin olahraga lagi
menu hari ini:

makan siang: nasi, kembung & daging rica, sambal
makan sore: nasi, kembung rica, tempe goreng
cemilan: jeruk, kuaci, monde puff lemon (4 buah)
72 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
