Haven't been counting calories, just keeping a food journal (listing items, not amounts or calories); I've gotten lazy and need to get more specific. I am maintaining well though and even still losing a little in spurts. I really need to get back to some exercise; if I don't I will be trapped in this chair that is so comfortable I almost can't get it out. I've spoiled myself doe to illness and age and I need to stop!
