I'm about a month out from my divorce. this weekend, I started therapy and went to my first pole dancing class. trying to better myself has proved challenging in the moments I desperately want to binge eat. I let myself have little snacks - pieces of cheese, a handful of grapes, something to help fill the gaping wound in my chest where my ex-husband used to be. it's definitely easier overall to monitor my weight when I'm just cooking for one.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
