Lent - a time to put away bad habits. I am back on the 1400 calories per day and increased exercise. I also committed to a few local challenges and paid up the money although I know I won't walk away with any cash. Its the commitment that counts.

102.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
