Not much weight loss this month but I did drop 4% body fat. And still lost about 1/2 a pants size. The new jeans I fit into that were still a bit tight, are loose now.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
