well after a lot of reading I think I realized that at my amount of weight loss its seems to be about less overall calories within the KETO formula .
walked 6 miles yesterday too. been battling tennis elbow so doing less activity hip is a little sore but feel good this morning
9 pounds to go to the 145 goal. I didn't make it at 50 but maybe for 55 yrs old. which is a milestone because nether my mother or grandmother made it to 55 years old.

My family also has a short lifespan, and it seems to be getting shorter and shorter. My only sister passed away a few years ago at only 51 years old. Probably a lot to do with weight related issues. She went on keto a few years before she passed. She showed GREAT improvement after only a few months. She went from not being able to walk to the mailbox without taking a break to walking all of the way around the block. Unfortunately, she couldn't maintain the diet. I can't help but to believe that if she had continued with it (or at least some type of diet), she would be here today.
