After losing more than 30 lbs last year (within about 5 months), I reached a plateau. I hadn't changed anything I was doing that resulted in weight loss and it was around the holidays so I allowed myself to splurge, thinking maybe I could reset my body by taking a break then picking back up. However, after a month I wasn't losing any more, but slowly gaining. So I gave up tracking and ultimately abandoning my plan, and now have gained back over half of the weight. Super frustrated with myself but going to commit to keepimg myself disciplined.
