OK I think I was eating too much on KETO and needed more walking also not sure if KETO is good diet for people who don't have a lot to loose and have hypothyroid issues. Plus it raise my cholesterol....
Weight was up to 160 but seem to be coming dow.....
going to finish up a few weeks of this and change my diet because it doesn't seem healthy
