@bluerosie meskipun gak defisit kalori tapi cici kan udah punya massa otot yang banyak, so tetep mau turun donkk BBnya😘😘😘😅😅😅 yuukk semangat terus cii, dress cantik bentar lagi mau dipake lho🤣🤣🤣🤣

@ftmhbjry,lama ka..awalnya selama 6 bln pertama sih cepet yaa 10 kg..sisanya pelan" turuninnya sambil nambah massa otot biar ga gelambir ka..blm lagi awal" diet 2x kena cedera lutut
