Well it was measuring time the morning and I’m very surprised at the results. My waist has stayed the same even though I’ve not exercised due to surgery and I’ve dated much the same. My body fat has gone up a little but so has my Lean body mass it’s gone up a bit more than the body fat. . My fat % has only gone up 0.4% so all in all a good result.
