Has been a couple years since I was under 200lbs. Looking forward to getting there. Only a few pounds shy. Being serious this time about my nutrition, working out and sleep has paid off well so far. I haven't been the best about following my own guidelines 100% of the time, but maybe 85%. Will continue to try and see how far I can go. Another 4lbs to go before end of month!
