Wow. what a couple of days! I've done a few new things. 1 is avoiding sugar. Anything with sucrose or HFCS. I've been eating carbs still, but if it has added sugar, it's out. Second is taking B complex vitamins, and third is a more muscle/strength focused workout instead of cardio focused. I would say none of those are trivial, but probably the sugar avoidance is the most important. Hopefully this helps others of you!
72.5 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.7 kg a Week

I am eating less sugar right now. Less carbs. Less calories.

I would definitely say that avoiding sugar stops a lot of my snacking, and thus lower calories.
