Pagi ikut kelas bodypump, siang makan nasi+ayam goreng 2 potong+terong tempe goreng. Nyemilnya kurma pake keju sama meses. Abis magrib minum jus alpukat sama semangka tp less sugar. Malemnya makan chicken salad
