I went off the damn rails for the last three days. The downside to a gradual cleaning up of one's diet is that the slip-up stuff? It's still in the house.
129.4 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Get it out, if its there it starts to call my name and I have to eat it. Can't believe you went off the rails and still lost 2.7 pounds
