Was back on plan yesterday. Happy I was able to do it without trouble. My mind cooperated by staying quiet about wanting the no no bad gurl sugar box that I haven't had since I started this War 4+ years ago.
(FatSecret is so funny. From the last two pop up alerts, I'm either gaining 15 lbs and going to blow up beyond or I'm losing 8, going to reach my goal in only a few months. LOL!)
