Seems my glory days of a consistent 1kg per week loss has ground down to a 1/2kg per week... I think I'm ok with that... keeping my cals at 1200, working on dropping fats from 30% to 25%, protein 125g (40%), carbs whatever is left... replacing daily walking with some light weights training... Also, a week off work and a road trip with my foodie mates has been what my body needed to 'reset'...
