Not too bad considering Ive been away from home for most of last week and ended up with waaaay too much fast food. Some were good choices, some... not so much. Also my movement has been down so Im really happy to see this number on the scale.
Did some food prep yesterday so I dont have to worry about breakfast all week (steel cut oats) and I tried a recipe that I saw a guy food prep online. Its amazing that I see someone do this and Im like - oh. Totally not hard.
